Basic rates are calculated per shipment address. Standard shipping/handling charges, based on your merchandise total, for within the 48 contiguous states, including APO/FPO.

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Expedited orders placed after 3:00PM Pacific Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Next-day air packages arrive the first full business day after shipment, and 2nd-day air packages arrive the second full business day after shipment. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only. No weekend delivery. In most cases, when using Standard Ground service, you should receive your products within 5-10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer. Please note that select products on our site ship via UPS Ground only and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada. Please select shipping method on the Shopping Cart screen. No products on the website are offered for sale or shipped where prohibited by state law. Shipping surcharges on select items will be collected as noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping cart.
Frozen Items
All Frozen items are shipped frozen in special styrofoam boxes with dry ice. The shipping surcharge is to cover the cost of the dry ice, special packaging, and shipping costs for them. Your order will automatically be shipped "sign for delivery" and you must be at the delivery address when the package is delivered to sign for and receive your order. Currently we ship only local areas close to the store.
Weight Fees
The total weight fee is based on the cumulative shipping weight of all dog food, cat food, litter and oversized or bulky items in the shopping cart. Weight fees are based on actual shipping weight and not product weight. If weight fees apply, you will see them listed for each item in the shopping cart and at checkout.
Return Policy
Store Credit for all Credit/Debit purchases. No Refund or Exchange without original receipt. Cat/Dog Houses, Crates, Kennels, Carriers, Beds, Mats, Cat Trees, Clothing, open seal Medicines, Toys, Items that are not in resellable condition, Diapers, Training pads, Feeding items, Sanitary garments/Pants, Electronic/Electrical Items and Frozen/Perishable items are not returnable. Refund, Return or Exchange within 14 days of the invoice. Store credit after 14 days. No Returns after 30 days.
Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. 15% Re-Stocking fee for some items. All sales of special/closeout are final and no returns will be accepted.
